Okay so, I hope this isn't a stupid question, I just need someone to explain it to me. So for the last 3 days, I haven't been doing my best with my calorie deficit. I have gone over my calories by a lot each day because of some night cravings I gave into. I just wanted to know, if I exercised and burned the amount of calories that I went over in, would I put myself back on track? Let me know if it doesn't make sense. Ex: if I went over 200 calories in my limit and went for a run the next day and burned 200 calories. Does that work? I need opinions/thoughts. Just beating myself up about it currently. Thanks!
