Hi! Just wanted to get info on something. So here's the scenario on April 19 I used a Tanita Scale to measure the following: (my measurements follow)
On April 19 @ 70kg (height is 5ft)
•Body Fat: 28.1% •Visceral Fat: 12 •Bone Mass: 5.8lb •Resting Metabolic Rate: 1462kcal •Metabolic Age: 36 y/o •Muscle Mass: 106.2lb •Water %: 52.1%
Then I measured again on May 1 (now at 68kg) and the following were the results:
•Body Fat: 40.5% •Visceral Fat: 8 •Bone Mass: 5.4lb •Resting Metabolic Rate: 1318kcal •Metabolic Age: 38 y/o •Muscle Mass: 85.6lb •Water %: 46.2%
Can someone please enlighten me on this? The figures on May 1 especially the Body Fat Percentage got so much worse! I think? I have been losing weight but why did the figures seem to worsen? Please help. Thanks!!
Edit: for that period from April 19 to May 1 I get into the treadmill for almost an hour everyday, doing light jogs because I have just been in a sprain and is recovering. No resistance/strength workout as I have been out of the gym since the lockdown 😔
