Late night snacking feels impossible to resist

Everyday more or less looks the same... I start out great, stick to the plan, eat good meals that feel good and are within my deficit- but then, before bed, I get hungry. My stomach rumbles and I feel kind of low blood sugar/wired. I feel like I neeeeed to eat.

I do have a snack at that point but I don’t like giving into it. It doesn’t really matter if I have a big dinner or a small one, I always feel this need to have that snack and part of me has this fear of going to bed without it.

The snack is healthy, usually 1-2 laughing cow cheese wedges and some veggies or an egg. But still, I wish I could stop after dinner/dessert and just not eat. I also hate that I end up going over cals and having to compensate for it the next day

Any tips on this?
