Keep on swimming aka walking

F. 5'4. 217 lbs.

I have injured knees, and am starting to try and get healthy. Was recommended to walk.

I have an infant so I put her in her stroller or carrier and I walk until she starts to fuss, or I made it a half mile further than then day before.

Day 1. 1.5 mile, I just couldn't go anymore. Day 2. 1.5 mile, daughter got fussy. Day 3. 2 miles! Walked 2 miles in a little under an hour.

I'm so proud!

I've also been counting my calories. It's a lot harder than I thought, because I'm watching serving sizes, plus trying to eat healthy. If I ate like I did before, I'd have no issue hitting the limit, plus more, but now I'm struggling to hit the total.
