30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 7

Hello losers,

Happy Thursday! I hope you kicked today right in the figurative genitals.

Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): 207.4. My scale would not give me the same number twice. I’m going to try new batteries again & using the dumbbells to figure out if it’s accurate, dying or what.

Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): 1550 ish planned, depending on how I handle a whole freshly cut honeydew. It is the $ melon. I owe this progress to myself. 1/1 weeks weekly calorie average.

Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk. 6/7 days.

Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/7 days): Spent some time doing some reading on mental health coping strategies (yay emotional dysregulation) & journaled about it.

Try a new recipe once a week: Sweet roasted chickpeas with nuts so far. 1/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Do not have the energy for this today kids. X/50 pages.

No fast food, candy from the work dish or Starbucks: Check. 7 day streak no fast food/Starbucks, 2 candy related lapses in judgement.

Listen to my effing body: My neck & shoulders are talking to me about stress & how I slept. Anxiety is better today, just feeling a bit drained.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: My mindfulness is all spent kids. Hit me with yours, tagging y'all in.

Your turn!
