The batteries in my scale have been broken for months and I finally bought some. I knew I needed to know how much I had gained because I have been trying and failing to stick to 1200 daily cals and brushed it off as okay.
First thing this morning I weighed myself and am at 201lbs. This is the most I have ever ever weighed. This was the motivation I needed and I ate 1100 calories today with no cravings to snack or eat huge portions. The motivation is so real this time and I’m SO ready to be fit and healthy again! I also found Chloe Ting on YouTube and started her workout routine. Going to take it a week at a time and I know I can do it!!
