i’ve gained ~ 15 lbs during quarantine which really put me in a bad place especially since i wasn’t skinny to begin with. i’ve been so scared to step on the scale this past week even though i’ve been counting my calories and getting a decent amount of exercise, my confidence has just been so low. I was just laying in bed when i decided if i didn’t confront what my weight actually was now i’d be too scared to for another week. that was the best thing i could’ve done because it turns out even after eating all day i’ve lost 5 lbs! i legitimately shed a few tears. that means in 1/3 of the way back down to my the weight i’ve gained and even though it seems like a lot 1/9 of the way until my first goal weight!
