This week I will work super hard to try and call back to the 190s or the 180s. The shocker is that my body loves to keep gaining weight and hold onto whatever it can weight-wise no matter how much I diet or do cardio.
Here is where I am currently at after doing cardio and intermittent fasting for a week. I got myself down to 201. I was 207.
So this coming week I will really tackle this fat thing and try to get rid of it once and for wall. I literally became a different person and can't return to the healthy weight dude I used to be. In January of 2019 I weighed a healthy weight of 157 pounds before ballooning up to 207 (the scale needs a new battery and I haven't weighed myself and I fear I got worse again.). It's crazy because no matter what, the body just keeps gaining weight even if I avoid carbs and eat healthy. I avoid Pizzas too.
