Title says it all. Losing weight had been so hard for me over the years, and I finally started to make some progress. I weighed 192 when the lockdowns first began. I temporarily moved back in with my mom. She’s an essential worker and lost her childcare when my sister’s school closed My family truly loves to eat, and I obviously wasn’t disciplined enough to stay on course. I guess I figured whatever weight I was going to gain wouldn’t be this drastic? Now, I’m almost 20 pounds heavier. My “skinny clothes” barely fit me, and I hate the way I look all over again. It really sucks.
