100 lbs in 9 months

9 months ago, my wife started WW and the next day I followed haha.. 100 lbs later I can tell you anything is possible if you make changes in your lifestyle.

When I started, I did so at a slow pace. Just followed the diet, started noticing results very quickly. This all progressed to me using other tools. Working out (Cardio, Weights, Yoga), dropped the intake of dairy that I used to use (started going Skim if I wanted a glass of milk but even that I maybe have skim milk on a every few week basis (the wife gets it for her coffee), red meats I only eat once or twice a week, bread for the most part is gone from my diet but I do have high fiber tortillas, starchy foods were dropped and before this all started I fast (only eat in a 8 hour period). Just want to let everyone here know you can do it too!
