I looked at MyFitnessPal this morning to log my weight and realized I am the EXACT same weight I was last year. I am a 5'10" female and currently weigh 181. I have been "trying" to lose 15 lbs for about 5 years now. I put trying in quotes because I never really committed fully to it. It was more of a wish. But this is the year I do it. My focus is on portion size. I am not the type of person that can cut food groups out long term. I have a plan outlined in my bullet journal and I am going to stick to it. Because 15lbs shouldn't take me 5 years to lose. Here's to sticking to a resolution and making it a goal with a plan!
