Well done everyone! And Happy New Year! Thank you for sticking with us. I met my weight goal on a technicality, by getting sick, but it works! I am hoping to keep up the habits I've developed over this challenge. My New Year's resolutions are to stay in running shape for the full year, be mindful of what I eat, and not to give up! I also hope to participate in teh 30 Day Challenges and stay more active in this sub.
