Looking for tips to help me with the evening cravings

Hi everyone! Im currently 22 F, 5'5 and about 170 pounds. I gained a lot of weight in 2019 and now i am trying to lose it and get back down to 140-145.

I feel like i do great during the day, i eat breakfast and something for lunch and snack healthy foods in between and stay within my calorie count until dinner time at about 6:00.

At about 9 or 10 i start getting SO hungry, im talking mouth watering hungry for carbs and junk food. Tonight i gave in and was at my boyfriends and had some pizza pops. It seems every night i just cannot contain myself and i binge eat at night. I should mention my sleep schedule is unlike most, i go to sleep around 1 or 2 and wake up around 10. I know fixing it will help alot but either way the hunger comes in around 9 or 10.

Im starting to get really discouraged because i dont wanna be miserable and so hungry and grumpy at night, but i also feel so bad and defeated after. :(

Any tips on helping these evil cravings would be so appreciated
