Brand new to this sub but not at all new to having a goal that I just can't seem to stick to. My current weight is 190 at 5'6", male, 20 years. I'm pretty much entirely unconcerned with the actual number though so much as how I feel when I look in the mirror. I have a solid ring around my midsection that I want gone and have often tried a strict diet and exercise regimen that usually falls apart after about two weeks.
I'm here for two things: people willing to give me some advice and people willing to positively heap on support because I think it will help a lot.
