Welcome to the DAC. I'm posting & running, on a bit of a staycation this week.
Weight by end of month (210 lbs, preferably trend weight): X this morning, 215.6 trend weight. Didn't weigh in.
Stay within calorie range (1500): Anniversary today so maintenance calories. X/X days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 0/1 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: SO bought me one today, totes doesn't count. 0/13 total.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Extra time with my partner, purchased some cute clothes & overall had a real chillaxing day.
Try a new recipe once a week: I'm eyeballing the sales to figure out what my meal prep will be. X/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: Not today friends.
Drawing prompt every day: About to sit down to do this. I'll report back tomorrow! 1/1 days.
