Health markers have improved and -9.75 Kg

So I lost 9.75 Kg in 10 weeks eating 1200- 1500 calories a day. Started out at 101.6 Kg and now I am 91.85 Kg at 171 cm tall as a male.

I go to the gym 7 days a week, do couch to 5 k 3 days a week and walk at 2.5 mph for half an hour 4 days a week.

My triglycerides went from 385 to 204, my cholesterol from 8.9 to 5.6 and my HDL from 0.45 to 0.95.

My ALT and AST were 88 and 90 before now they are 17 and 44 showing a huge reduction in my NAFLD.

I estimate another 6 more months until I hit my goal of 15% body fat (currently 26%) and I will then do a bulk or I may cut a further 5 Kg to 10%, but this would be slow and would require 1200 calories a day.

Nice to see I am doing well and you can to!
