So I have a goal thats more than doable and by no means excessive... I think

So I want to loose 60 pounds by the time I graduate college. If everything goes alright I should be graduating in 2021. I currently weight about 250 pounds and want to be at around 180. I'm 5'7 so right now I'm obese.

My biggest problem is that everytime I've been to the doctor they always say I'm healthy, I'll ask if they mean that I'm healthy for my weight and they say no and that I currently have no health risks.

A while ago I tried doing insanity as a way to work on my condition as a way to do something but since it had a lot of jumping at was painful as my stomach kept bouncing making it extremely uncomfortable and a little painful.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do. Thank you.

I went on a bit of a rant but I think a littlw bit of background info is always good.
