I'm 18 years old 6"0 and have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have a bmi of 41.5.
In the past i've tried a lot to lose weight and have been successful in doing so, recently in november I had lost 30 lbs and was very content. But after christmas came along i've gained 15 lbs and have lost any motivation to watch what i'm eating.
In the past i've tried dieting and exercising and always fell back into the same habits in a continuous cycle i would lose weight, and after a while gain more than i have lost.
How do i motivate myself? How do i stop this dumb cycle in my life? Could anyone give me some advice on how to stay active and motivated?
TL;DR
I keep losing weight, lose motivation and regain the weight.
