Weight Loss for Everyone: Sick of the constant hunger

Sick of the constant hunger

I’ve dieted on and off for 3 years. I’ve done a few different diets, and no matter what, I can feel the caloric deficit. Nothing I’ve eaten doesn’t make me feel it. I mean, I’ve still lost 150 lbs over the few years, but I still have like 50 to lose. Ever time I’ve actually stuck with a diet, I’ve been starving. That’s usually why it’s taken me so long and it’s kind of on and off dieting. Like I can’t mentally handle being starving for more than a couple of months at a time. It really gets to my head and I feel like I just become a shitty person after a while. I can’t wait til I’m in a position to where I can just maintain my weight. Is it like this for anyone else. Or is this just me lmfao.
