Hey guys, I’m new to this whole lose it thing and could use some guidance. Currently, I’m doing OMAD and I usually eat 24 hours after my last meal. So I usually wake up around 11 am (job hunting) and throughout the day drink about 4-5 liters of water. I then eat my first meal of the day around 6:30-7:30pm. For the last 5 years, this is my usual eating time but I would also eat again before bed (horrible I know). But now I have one meal which usually consists of a roti and curry style meal which leaves me full and satisfied for the most part. I’ve been doing this for about a week and feel fine. So basically I’m asking if this is okay to do or should I change it up and try a different method?
