Make sure you change your batteries if you use a digital scale lol

Started my journey back in the summer of last year (189lbs / 5'7) and have since lost around 25 lbs through CICO only. I've been hovering around 164/165 these past few weeks thanks to the holidays and just getting back into the groove of things again. Anyway, I weighed myself this morning expecting to STILL be around 164/165 but instead...it said I weighed 154! That can't be right... TEN POUNDS? No. Went back on the scale and then said 150. At that point I'm like "okay something is wrong". Decided to change the batteries and stepped back on the scale. 163.6. Now THAT seems more like it! Went back on again just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. 163.6. Perfect! As much as I would love to be in the 150s (and I will be eventually!) It just didn't seem healthy for it to happen THAT fast! Just a little tip 😊
