What I have notice since losing 33 ibs (15kg)

So some background: im a 24f, I'm 166cm and currently weigh 98 kg, my highest weight was 115,6kg. I got diagnosed with schizophrenia 5 years ago (schizophrenia causes hallucinations and delusions) and when I started medication I gained about 40kg, antipsychotics make you eat like crazy and you always feel hungry.
I was also depressed and had social anxiety, I've been on disability for 5 years and basically just sat on my couch and cried and hallucinated for 5 years. then this fall I finally found the right medication, I started going out, I started going to work rehabilitation programs, I started working out and I finally had the mental energy to do something about my weight and this time its working.

So I'm trying to stay motivated and thought I might write down what I have notice since losing 15 kg in 5 months.

  1. my joints and back doesn't hurt when I walk anymore.
  2. my resting heart rate have gone down with 5 beats per minute. my blood pressure has also gone down.
  3. i'm happier and more active.
  4. I sleep better.
  5. a pair of jeans I bought a few years ago finally fits.
  6. i want do to more things, like meeting people, talking, going for walks, going out with friends.
  7. i'm more confident, especially in the gym, i'm no longer worried that people are looking at me while I work out.
  8. I've got more energy, especially more mental energy.
  9. i have a easier time resisting eating junk food and sweets.
  10. I'm more productive during the days.
  11. my apartment is cleaner since I have more energy to actually clean it.
  12. i had to buy new clothing and I fit into regular clothing sizes again which gave me a confident boost.
  13. I'm starting to really love working out! I love the mental boost I get after a work out.
  14. I'm starting to care about my appearance again, like clothing, makeup, hair.
  15. but the most important thing is: I'm happier and i'm starting to love myself again.

I hope this helps to motivate someone and that writing it down will help me keep going, I have about 25 kg left to lose and I can't wait to see what kind of changes I will see in a few months.
