I'm 26M, 187cm in height, my starting weight was 320lbs November 1st and now I'm down to 300lbs after 10 weeks. I cut off all sorts of junk food from my diet, sodas, sweet donuts and any type of sugar from my diet. I even have my lemonade, tea without sugar. I've been going to the gym 1 or 2 days a week. I have been doing 2-3 hours of mixed treadmill, cycle and elliptical but NO WEIGHT TRAINING AT ALL. I'll start going to the gym 3-5 days per week but I really need to know which weight training exercises to do because there are so many to choose from. I don't wanna be the skinny-fat at the end. I want to lose weight slowly because I do not have excess loose skin.
