How do I learn to operate less around food?

I understand everything about losing and gaining weight, I’ve been apart of the fitness community for awhile now. However, I’m really struggling to focus less on eating lately. Like, it feels like I need to eat before I can focus on other stuff, or it feels like I can just binge eat and not care at all. Despite wanting to lose some more fat, probably lose 20-30lbs, I cannot force myself to get my shit together. It’s like I have all the resources, knowledge, and experience, but I still act against what would make me happy, which is to learn to value food less so that I can finally lose this weight again.
