Diet: Paleo & Intermittent fasting

Journal Entry:

Day 4 was a much needed rebound day. After a horrendous day 3 I woke up and weighed myself at home for the first time. I weighed in under 220 which was a great relief. I’m hoping to be down to 210 at least by the end of the month. I was worried after how bad yesterday was eating wise that I would be above my highest (225).

I completed some of my goals from yesterday. I reestablished my diet and ate completely paleo. I ate 1,148 calories which is below my 1,500 limit. I also stopped eating at the right time and will be able to complete my 15 hour intermittent fast. I also went on my 1,100 step walk that I wanted to do yesterday. However I did sleep in again. I really want to get my day off early and start knocking some things off my to-do list first thing. I also did not put in any time towards my class. I still have over a week to do the first assignments but I was hoping to get a great head start on it which I haven’t done yet.

My main goals for tomorrow is to keep consistency with the diet and walking, as those are the most important for me. I also for this upcoming week will increase my fast periods by 1 hour and fast for 16 hours every day. I also will increase my walk by 100 steps and aim for a 1,200 step walk. Secondary goals for tomorrow is to wake up early and to work on my class. If I could get all of this done tomorrow I would call it a success.

Overall it was an okay day. A much needed rebound day to help bounce back from a terrible eating day. I’m wishing the best for tomorrow and I hope it goes well for you all too!
