Happy Friday! I'm looking forward to some down time over the weekend.
Weight by end of month (210 lbs, preferably trend weight): 213.6 this morning, 215.8 trend weight, just realized I cut this off at some junction & didn't mean to. Also hoping for the usual post cycle whoosh when my uterus is finished grinding me into the dirt.
Stay within calorie range (1500): Should be good, I've got a tasty dinner lined up. 13/15 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: I did HIIT last night, no IKEA & will hopefully do strength & stretching tonight. 11/17 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: Yarp. 9/13 total.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): I'm trying to decide what to do to recharge myself for my upcoming birthday. Spoiler alert, I'm getting old & cranky.
Try a new recipe once a week: Curry powder/curried lentils update, smoky roasted veggies with sausage, oven roasted cauliflower rice & polish stew. I have a soup recipe & a lentils recipe I want to try as weeknight dinners, already have the ingredients on hand. 4/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: Probably not tonight. Still a hundred or so pages in.
Drawing prompt every day: May hit this before bed tonight. 6/17 days.
Brush teeth after dinner: Will do tonight! Remembered last night too. 7/22 days.
