I fell unknowingly for the HAES trap and now I want to get back on track.

I know, it‘s a tragedy and I hate that it happened. I actually wanted to gain weight at first and eat intuitively and followed people like Caroline Dooner but it got a little bit out of hand, I went from 119 pounds to 154 pounds in just a few months and at first I felt really good about it but now I want my old body back because I noticed that it‘s hard to breathe sometimes, even though I am not really obese yet, just a little chubby (I am 5'3 and have good fat distribuation). For the last couple of days I eat like I did before again and I already feel so much better and lighter. I hope I'll be able to get down to 127 pounds in a few months, that would already be such a relief. If you guys have any tips for me, I would appreciate it a lot. I have to admit that I am not a fitness person at all but I started to cook on my own and cut out all of the junk food/sweets.
