22F Trying to Find a Healthy Start?

CW: Disordered Eating

Hey everyone!

I've been jumping on and off of the 'take care of my physical health' horse for several years now. Before I had a support network of my sister and I working together to achieve healthier weights and that was the only time I've really found myself sticking to keeping the weight off and doing it safely.

Recently my weight has reached the heaviest that it has ever historically been for me at around 208lbs - I've managed to get down to 197lbs but I recognize that the avenue in which I have been pursuing it may not be the healthiest; I've pretty much just been avoiding eating. It didn't start on purpose and it's not something that I am looking to continue for myself and in fact, am proud to say that I ate two small meals today!

So essentially, I'm kind of looking toward the rest of you that are on your journies or are in the process of maintaining do you have any advice on how to begin the workout/healthy eating without burning yourself out too quickly or losing that sweet, sweet motivation without a support system?

tldr -22f, 5'6", went from 208lbs to -197lbs in a week (yikes), wants to get down to 120lbs, wants to do it without disordered eating, help?
