Diet: Paleo & Intermittent fasting
Journal Entry:
Day 3 was an absolute mess. Nothing seemed to go right for me today and I compounded those issues by being lazy and unmotivated. I’m very disappointed with myself. I ate like absolute crap and didn’t log my food. I had way too many servings of pot roast and ate like half of a bag of Hershey’s kisses. Doesn’t get much worse than that.
I completed none of my goals from yesterday. I wasn’t consistent with my fasting and dieting and I didn’t go for a 1,100 step walk. I slept in again. Today I slept in until 10:00 AM. I also didn’t even work on my class like I was supposed to. I mostly played Xbox all day.
My goal for tomorrow is to get back on track with my diet and fasting. If I can wake up early, go for a walk, and work on some class work that’s just a cherry on top.
Overall it was a terrible day. My scale and body fat monitor came early today so hopefully that will be some accountability and keep me from being such a lazy fucking loser. Anyway hoping tomorrow will be better.
