I 42f 114kg 178cm tall. I know what I need to do to lose weight, so why can't I just do it?
I've been to a nutritionist and she couldn't tell me anything new cause she mentioned that I know what i need to do.
I know that for me portion control, drinking 2 litres a day and no eating after 8 helps me lose weight. So what can't I just do it?
Looking for advice and tips.
