My body seems to refuse to let me drop below 180lbs. (5’10, 23 Male) Every time I get within 10 pounds of my goal (170), my body stops loosing weight, and my hunger dramatically increases, alongside my energy falling off drastically. I know this is just biological response to weight loss, but I’m tired of repeating the cycle again and again. My body refuses to give in or let me reach my goal. How can I finally assert control over my body and loose these last 10 pounds?
