So, I have been counting calories and going to the gym for about a month and a half now and I haven't seen a single change in the number on the scale. I wasn't gaining weight before I started, I was pretty solidly the same weight, so surely me starting this should mean that I should have lost at least a little bit in a month and a half, right?
Does anyone have any advice or any ideas about why this is the case?
