can i realistically lose 4 pounds per week for six month?

hi,this is my first post on reddit so please be kind, also English isn't my first language. i'm (f24 , 5'7) morbidly obese i currently weigh 290 pounds , at my biggest i was 335 pounds and that was last year. so i lost 45 pounds in a year. i was also diagnosed with pcos which makes losing weight quite a challenge despite my best efforts. and also unfortunately in my culture/country most of the popular food are high in carbs . right now i'm highly motivated to lose 100 pounds in six month . i made a lot of fuck ups in my weight loss journey , as sometimes i consumed too much sugar and carbs . which wasn't a good decision since i have insulin resistance . however fasting has become a part of my life now and it helped me a lot to overcome many plateaus. i also learned a lot about my body in terms of exercise ,what works for me and what doesn't. so i'm just wondering is it healthy for me to set a goal this ambitious? a part of me knows i can do it yet i feel like i'm setting myself up for failure.
