hi, so i’m wondering what’s the most effective way to lose body fat quicker. i weight 132 and i’m trying to get to 112. i’m 5”2 so i’m short asf but i’m also chubby in certain areas. i want to lose belly fat and thighs fat bc those are my biggest insecurities when it comes to my body but i know you can’t choose where to lose fat in certain areas so you’ll have to lose overall body fat and that’s my goal. i run on the treadmill for 30 minutes to 40 minutes a day and eat a healthy diet of 1200 calories but i’m not seeing any results. can someone help me.
