Getting a little tired of the repetition so I’m looking for some 100 calorie-ish snacks, preferably high in protein and enough to feel satiated. Right now my mainstays include:
- Two hard boiled egg whites (I don’t like the yolks) with 2 tbsp southwestern black bean salsa
- 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese with fruit (1/2 cup blueberries, diced strawberries, or unsweetened applesauce)
- 1/2 cup fat-free unsweetened Greek yogurt with fruit (same as above)
- Kind “mini” granola bar (dark chocolate my current favorite)
- About 20 fresh strawberries
- 3-4 pieces homemade beef jerky (sugar free)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk with 1 scoop Orgain protein powder
Anyone else?
