Hi, Im 27F and have been trying to lose weight for several months. I exercise (bike and/or walk) 5-6 days a week for at least 45min and do some simple strength training 3 times a week. I eat no more than 1500 calories a day, low carb, low fat, high protein diet. No junk food/snacks and no softdrink/soda. I also dont drink any alcohol or smoke. I have been doing this for around 4 months and nothing in my body has changed. I havent lost any weight at all. I also measure around my stomach and legs and that hasnt changed either. Im not sure what Im doing wrong or what else I can do. Any advice, please?
