So uhh... do you guys ever have "number two" issues after starting a new diet?

Ahem, so, it's been a little over a week now since starting. I feel great, longest I've been on a good CICO plan without binging in over a year. I also do IF, eating a small lunch and large dinner.

Anyways, shortly after starting I definitely noticed I had to run to the bathroom for a "number two" quite often. My diet seems pretty healthy, lots of oats and some veggies, protein powder coupled with healthy oils and a few other things.

The other day I decided to go out to eat sushi. I still stayed within my CICO amount, but bleh, I felt terrible after eating the next day; and my "number two" issues were gone all day.

Fast forward to today, and after another day of getting back on the healthy wagon my problem rises up again (Or falls down I should say...)

Is this normal? I mean I'm not doing Keto, which I know causes those problems for me, just regular macros and homemade meals. I don't eat a ton of artifical sweeteners either, save for a single packet of stevia in my morning coffee.
