Hi I'm male, 26yo, 164cm, 84kg, 31%bf, endomorph, and would like to get down to 60kg by mid-may next year. However, my progress is lagging behind my goals. I try to weigh myself every day and then take average per week.

I just averaged my calorie intake on MFP for the last 17 days and I'm consuming on average 1500cal a day, the highest being around 1950 in a day and lowest being 1150~. Apparently my TDEE is around 1950cal while sedentary and around 2500 while active. I work at a warehouse so I'm usually on my feet and lifting stuff. I also do weightlifting 5-6 days a week doing a push pull legs split and go jogging for 30-60mins every few days.
In my head I feel like I should be losing more per week but clearly I'm not. Should I lower my calorie consumption by another 100-200 per day?
