The picture on the left is from June and I was ~300 lbs. I started WW at the beginning of Aug. and am down almost 30 lbs. The picture on the right is from last week.
Personally, I don't see much of a difference. I was a little disappointed when I saw the pic from last week. But I know I've lost the weight. I see it when I look in the mirror and in the way my clothes fit. That Royals shirt is a 3x and is almost too big now. I just don't really see it in the picture. So I guess my point is that if you look at a recent picture of yourself and don't see the progress that you know you've made, don't let it get to you. Pictures can lie.
