I am a foodie. I love cooking recipes from YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. It's actually what made me gain weight over lockdown! 😅
My one small lifestyle change this month will be to make sure that whatever I cook, instead of filling up my entire plate, I will only fill HALF my plate with that dish, and the other half will be either steamed vegetables or a healthy salad.
As per my previous posts, I've truly realized that it's a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix. I spent 1.5 years going on a 1250 calorie restriction for weeks, losing a few pounds, only to gain the weight back when I ate "normally". I need to change what my "normal" looks like so that I can continue to maintain my weight once I've reached it.
So what is everyone else working on? Any cool lifestyle changes that would make an impact to your journey?
