Im about 6'4" 190 lbs. always been skinny for my height but I used to be anorexically thin. Ive put on a bit of muscles mass in past 2 years and recently got back in the gym after a long hiatus. My biggest problem right now is with my neck. I have been consciously mewing with my tongue throughout the day for about 2 years, but being 27 yo I haven't noticed much difference. In fact, during this current bulk, it feels like the neck under my fat has gotten even WORSE. What makes it all the more frustrating is I'm a naturally thin dude but it seems ALL of my fat deposits go under my chin. I dunno if it's genetic but it is the worst thing ever and partially why I hate taking photos. Can anyone offer fitness/nutrition/face exercises that might be able to correct this?
