[Method] how to actually commit to exercise

Almost everyone wants to workout to either look better or to have health benefits. And although these are powerful motivators, having these are the sole reason you go to the gym or workout is the reason most people fail to be consistent in their workout routines. The thing that motivates you is super important, being motivated on an outcome (the appearance of your body or health benefits) takes a long ass time. And truthfully its hard to remain motivated when the goal is a long time away, no matter how much you want it. If you want to be consistently motivated for the gym you need to be motivated by the PROCESS. You need to find something about working out that you like, or you get reward from, or just gives you immediate positive feedback.
