So I’ve lost around 20 pounds and I can really feel the difference and I’m super proud of myself! However I’m taking my last semester of college with two very stressful classes, plus having to apply to for my masters soon and working a part time. So I’ve just kinda been trying to just not gain weight at this point. I started losing my motivation last week with big assignments coming up and I’m stress eating taking over but it’s been hard. Im trying to get back into losing weight instead of maintaining but it’s been pretty tricky. I’ve come a long way and I don’t want to mess up again.
