I'm diabetic (type 2) and when I found out I had recently lost 80 pounds. Went from roughly 300 pounds to 224, but looked sickly and very thin in my calfs and arms. I gained 10 pounds and now im kinda plateaued at 235 and can't seem to lose more that 5 pounds before I break my diet and gain it back... I've been regularly going to the gym and recently got to the point where I can even do pull ups for the first time in my life. I track everything I eat and still can't keep my self from lapsing at night from having some kind of awful snack. I know I'm rambling but I'm just super frustrated with myself and kinda needed to vent. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
