I would like to talk about my lord and savior, H2O

For all my life, I've always been dehydrated. Chapped lips, yellow pee, all that jazz. During the 2nd year of the pandemic, I finally got the resolve to use the water drinking app and just stick to it and I think it's no exaggeration to say that 1 month of constant hydration has changed my life.

One of the most important changes is that my metabolism is just so much better. I used to envy people that poo once a day. Lo and behold, I can do it too! This helped me lose a little bit of weight without me having to change my diet. Well, not like I eat as much anyway since I'm full from all the water.

One thing that is kind of disappointing is that I LOOK fatter. I look bloated everywhere. But that isn't to say that I look worse. My skin looks healthier from all the water and more than anything, I feel better too. Maybe it's just me or maybe it's the water, but I am now a firm water believer, a hydro-homie if you will.
