After quite some time i can finally say i did a lot and achieved a lot. Gone from 100kg to 78kg in a span of a year with hard work, diet and counting calories.
My initial 100kg - 90kg was just my own diet + bike riding, running and a little of exercising. Then weight stopped going down even if i tried harder.
Friend recommended me weight lifting or cardio so i tried p90X. Started counting calories properly and exercising 5-6 days a week while keeping myself in check (but sometimes i allowed myself to eat Pizza, sweets or any other cheat meal).
What can i say, for my whole life even if i tried to pull up when i exercised in the past i could not do it. For 35 years i could not pull up even half inch, now i can do it 6-8 times. I am nimble and feel very flexible, lost a lot of weight and gained muscle mass.
I am not stopping here, want to keep my results as long as possible and continue my healthy life as i got used to it now. I am not hungry anymore, i don't crave for sweets too often and if i do i just eat small portion within my maintenance calorie intake and that satisfies me.
Pictures are below:
