Weight Loss for Everyone: I can't afford to lose much more weight but I STILL have excess fat in my lower stomach.

I can't afford to lose much more weight but I STILL have excess fat in my lower stomach.

It's been a bit over 3 months since I decided I wanted to change my body, I was 70kgs, 6ft tall male, 22y/o, basically the poster child for 'Skinnyfat' (light weight, skinny arms/legs, disproportionately large stomach) and I wanted to change it, so I started going into a caloric defecit while also intaking a lot of protein and exercising about 5 times a week, mainly focusing on lifting weights and getting stronger.

I've been pretty strict on my diet, only having cheat meals or snacks on rare occasions, pretty much just eating chicken, vegetables, rice, portein shakes, etc. pretty boring but I don't mind.

I've definetly made some good progress, I've lost about 6.3kgs in total, and according to my Renpho scale I've gone from 16.4% body fat to now 12.6%, however I'm not completely sure on the accuracy of the BF% readings as I've heard some mixed reports on it. (I'll including some before and after pictures of myself at the bottom if you want to judge for yourself) I've also definetly gotten stronger, even though I am lighter now then what I was before I am able to lift more now then ever.

However, my problem now is that I since I was already semi-skinny to begin with, having cut down to 63.7kgs at 6ft tall I really can't afford to lose that much more weight; according to the BMI scale anything under 61.28kg for my height would be considered 'underweight'. Now, I can't imagine that I lose my remaining stomach fat before I hit that point, and obviously the only way I can lose my stomach fat is by staying in a caloric defecit and losing weight, so I really don't know what to do at this point.. I don't know why I'm not losing this fat.. it feels like all I've worked for over these past 3 months is going to be for nothing.

Anyone have any thoughts or advice on what I should do or what I could be doing differently? Feel free to ask any questions also. Thanks.

Heres some before and after pics about 3 months apart where you can see how much my lower stomach sticks out: https://imgur.com/a/OU8iTMv
