Whenever I work out, like going to the gym or even going out for a run, I just seem to always freak out and have to leave. I get embarrassed because I think people are looking at me and thinking, "She's so fat and pathetic why is she even trying?" Even when I get home and try and work out in private that voice is still there.
Then eventually I get so sad I completely binge eat. I order a shit ton of food and eat until I physically can't- and then somehow manage to eat a bit more. It's a cycle and I feel hopeless. Does anyone know any tips on how to healthily lose weight while dealing with these thoughts?
