I’m so confused on how to lose weight
I’m 22f, 5 feet, 110lbs, and want to lose a couple of pounds again and have absolutely no idea how to do it. I used to do cardio and core workouts, and now I’ve been told that doing so will only make my thighs bulkier and the abs will make my stomach look larger.
I don’t know what to do to lose these couple pounds, I eat healthy, I follow the vegan diet after being vegetarian for 12 years.
I lost this in the spring but stopped working out over the summer because of the heat in my house.
I don’t know how to lose it again, do I just do what I did before?
