Giving it a go for one month

Hello, first time poster. I have always struggled with the way I view my body, but after high school it has gotten worse. The combination of covid, no longer playing sports, bad eating etc i have gained almost 80 pounds. I hate the way I look , I literally cry getting dressed sometimes. I have trouble keeping motivation to eat right and workout consistently. I am making this post as a way to hold myself accountable. I am going to give a REAL month long effort to lose weight, no excuses, just workout and calorie tracking. Here we go

I am a 20(F),5'5, and currently 238 pounds

I plan to track calories, keep a consistent workout schedule, and actually keep track of measurements and my progress. I'll post after this month is over and let you guys know how much i have or have not lost weight.
